After-sales service and warranty

Thank you for purchasing LUFTQI products. We value your rights and interests and are committed to providing high-quality products and services. The following are the after-sales service and warranty rights you enjoy after purchasing LUFTQI products:

1. Warranty period:  Please retain your purchase information within 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

2. Extended warranty policy:  Log in to purchase information through the following channels, and the warranty period will be extended to 18 months.

      2.1.  Official website: If you purchase from the official website and register as a member, the warranty period will be automatically extended.

       2.2.  Purchasing through channels other than the official website: Please click here register log in After filling in the purchase record, the warranty can be extended for an additional 6 months.

 

3. Return and exchange service: You have the following consumer rights regarding returns and exchanges, as well as instructions on returns, exchanges and refunds.

      3.1 During the hesitation period: If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact  within 7 days after the product arrives.Official LINE customer service, please refer to[Instructions for returns, exchanges and refunds].

      3.2 During the warranty period: If the product has been used or has performance problems, please follow the instructions in point 4 below for maintenance services.

 

4. Maintenance service:  If the product has usage problems or damage, please follow the instructions below;

      4.1 Please contact Official LINE customer service, and inform you of your needs (return/exchange/repair) so that a dedicated person can assist you with related matters.

      4.2 Maintenance services are divided into two situations: within the warranty period and after the warranty period.

[Notes on returns, exchanges and refunds]

 【Process Description】 

 Please join the official LINE account: Please click to add friends, provide the following information and inform your needs (return/exchange/repair) so that a dedicated person can assist you with related matters.

     1. Purchase channel, order number, order related information (EX. Order screenshot, orderer’s name, phone number, EMAIL) 

     2. Inform the detailed reasons for return/exchange/repair (provide product photos or videos) and inform the products you want to exchange

     3. After confirming that return/exchange/repair service is required, we will confirm and check the pickup/shipping information with you.

 

【During the hesitation period】

  • In order to protect your rights and interests, please keep all relevant documents, complete packaging and invoices when the goods are shipped. If the goods are damaged or stained due to human factors, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

  • The goods must be wrapped in the original packaging materials (original box or bag) and the invoice must be returned together with it.

  • If the order contains multiple items or there are combined items in the order (for example: 2 in a group), you must apply for return together.

  • Maintain the integrity of the product (including original accessories, packaging materials, gifts, etc.). If the product is damaged, scratched, scratched and dirty due to improper disassembly and use, or the packaging is damaged and incomplete, it can no longer be sold, or the accessories are incomplete. If the application is complete, we will not be able to accept it.

  • You can rest assured that we will bear the logistics costs of returns and exchanges.

 【Refund Instructions】

      1 After the return application, the company will conduct inspection after receiving the goods.

      2 Refund will be made only after the invoice is confirmed. The accounting refund process takes 14~21 working days.

      3 The refund/refund completion notification will be notified according to your bank's operating method.

      4 In order to speed up the refund process, the money will be directly refunded to the original credit card/remittance account.

  • Credit card payment: For orders paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the credit card account used for payment. The refund details will be attached with the next bill (refund processing takes about 14 to 21 working days).

  • ATM payment/supermarket cash on delivery: You need to provide remittance information for refund [account name, bank, bank branch, account number], the above information is indispensable.

 

 

 

The after-sales warranty policy complies with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. If you have any questions about the content of the policy or need further information, please feel free to contact us and we will serve you wholeheartedly.

※ In accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, this site provides consumers with the rights to enjoy a 7-day hesitation period. Please note that the hesitation period is not the same as the trial period. When receiving the product, please first confirm that the product is complete and the quantity is correct.

※ The 7-day appreciation period starts from the day after the consumer signs for the receipt and ends on the 7th day, including holidays.
